I am extremely fortunate to have finally found a wonderful person with whom I am in a happy, loving, successful relationship.  It has taken a long time and I’ve had countless struggles in the past which I have learned from and have no desire to revisit. Through self-reflection, I was able to acknowledge areas in which I struggle, but without this self-exploration I would not have been ready to open myself up to the love and commitment I now have with my amazing partner, who I cherish.

Relationship issues are complex and different for everyone. Psychological and emotional responses to relationship challenges vary widely from person to person. If you are experiencing relationship issues it can feel scary, daunting and isolating. We need to delve into the issues we are experiencing, whether that is a lack of emotional or sexual intimacy, conflict, trust issues or other common experiences such as differing attitudes to money, infidelity, and power struggles between a couple.
